1.Medical scenario algorithm R&D: Design and optimize deep learning/machine learning algorithms for medical data such as medical images and electronic medical records to complete tasks like embryo assessment, risk prediction, and medication recommendation. Develop auxiliary diagnosis/decision-support models in combination with clinical guidelines and doctor workflows to improve diagnosis efficiency and accuracy.
2.Data mining and processing: Build medical data cleaning, annotation, enhancement, and standardization processes. Mine associated features in multi - modal medical data and design fusion models to improve generalization ability.
3.Model optimization and deployment: Collaborate with the software engineering team to complete the integration and verification of algorithms in hospital systems, cloud platforms, or mobile terminals.
4.Clinical cooperation and scientific research: Collaborate closely with doctors and research institutions, participate in model interpretability and robustness verification. Write patents and Chinese/English papers based on research results, and participate in the formulation, application, and execution of relevant scientific research projects.
1.Master's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, computational biology, biomedical engineering or related majors; relevant work experience is preferred.
2.Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with over two years of algorithm development practice experience; experience in medical scenario algorithms is preferred.
3.Familiar with the characteristics of medical data, understand clinical terms, and be aware of the implementation process of medical AI technologies.
4.Be passionate about medical scenarios, and possess good English reading and writing skills, literature and patent research abilities, experimental design and data analysis capabilities.
